TilBridge TMS is a translation management system that provides tools for computer-assisted translation, translation memory management, quality assurance, and related workflows. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TilBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
